Does your factory hold formal domestic production qualifications and compliance certifications?

Our factory holds complete formal chemical production licenses and environmental assessment approvals, and all products are produced in full compliance with national regulations. We can provide a full set of qualification documents required for overseas import registration to assist clients with preliminary preparation for local import registration application.

Do you offer technical support if emulsification stratification or turbidity occurs during product application?

We have a professional team of pesticide formulation engineers. We can provide remote online debugging guidance to solve formulation stability problems such as emulsification stratification and turbidity. If needed, you can send samples to our lab for free re-optimization of the emulsification formula.

What payment terms are available? Do you accept Letter of Credit (L/C) settlement for foreign trade?

Our mainstream payment term is T/T payment (advance deposit + balance against copy of Bill of Lading). For long-term cooperative clients, we can negotiate to accept Irrevocable Sight Letter of Credit (L/C), and specific clauses can be discussed during business negotiation.

Can you customize pre-compounded emulsifier finished products based on our pesticide formulation formula?

Custom formulation service is available. After you provide your technical grade formula and water quality parameters, our laboratory can develop an integrated pre-compounded emulsifier finished product. You can directly feed the finished product into production for EC processing, which greatly simplifies your production procedures.

Are your products classified as dangerous goods? What documents are required for export customs declaration?

Our emulsifiers are general chemical products, not hazardous chemicals. We can provide a full set of documents for customs clearance, including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Sales Contract, Certificate of Origin (CO), MSDS and COA Test Report to assist foreign buyers with import clearance.

Which seaports and land border ports are available for sea and land export transportation?

We can arrange customs declaration and shipment via seaports including Tianjin Port, Qingdao Port and Shanghai Port for sea freight. For shipments to Kazakhstan and other Central Asian countries, the Alashankou Land Port in Xinjiang is prioritized for railway container transport, featuring stable transit time and convenient customs clearance procedures.

What is your standard packaging specification? Can you customize packaging labels?

Our standard package is 200L plastic drum with a net weight of 200kg per drum. Customized English labels for foreign trade are supported, with product codes and CAS numbers printable to comply with overseas customs clearance requirements.

What is your general lead time? Can you arrange priority production for urgent orders?

For in-stock products, loading and delivery can be arranged within 3-5 working days after payment confirmation. For customized products with special content or solvent specifications, the production cycle is 7-10 working days. Priority production can be applied for urgent orders to shorten the delivery period, and the exact delivery date can be confirmed in advance before order placement.

What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)? Do you provide free sample delivery service?

Regular barreled products are sold per full barrel (200kg per barrel). Free samples of 500g/1kg are available for R&D lab testing. The sample freight shall be borne by the buyer, and the freight fee can be deducted from the bulk order payment once the formal order is confirmed later.
